What is ‘Ohana?
Within Littler, ‘Ohana – which means “family” in Hawaiian – serves as an inclusive community for members to network and form meaningful relationships while helping each other with professional development goals. With over 115 members across numerous Littler offices, the group meets regularly to discuss mentorship, business development, professional opportunities, pro-bono activities, and shared experiences. Dedicated subcommittees within ‘Ohana move forward targeted initiatives of the membership while mentorship “families” facilitate smaller, informal discussions.
Littler ‘Ohana attorneys are involved with many diverse legal and professional organizations across the country – on national, state and local levels.
