Overview

Ronak Patel concentrates his practice on employment litigation and dispute resolution, in areas such as single-plaintiff, wage and hour class action, and PAGA litigation. Ronak also has experience representing California employers in prelitigation advice and counsel matters, including drafting and revising employee handbooks and other policies, conducting wage and hour audits, and handling administrative claims with the Civil Rights Department, EEOC, and DLSE.

Ronak began his career as a plaintiff’s attorney, where he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience representing employees. He has leveraged that experience to provide effective strategies and a different perspective to California employers when dealing with employee disputes or advising on policy revisions.

In addition to his legal practice, Ronak is a certified agent with the NFLPA, a role that demonstrates his versatility and ability to handle diverse legal matters. In this capacity, he has represented athletes entering the NFL or other professional football leagues, negotiating player contracts and securing marketing deals with top brands. Ronak has also provided his clients with comprehensive education on their rights under their respective collective bargaining agreements, and how to manage their public image and brand.
